Administration
There are two kinds of administrations, one in system level and one in group level. System level
administration can be reached via the "Administration" link after the site administrator logged in.
Group level administration can be reached via the "Administration" link when the group manager is visiting
the group that she/he manages.
System level administration:
- The link to administration area.
- The management function available.

Group level administration:
- The link to administration area.
- The management function available. Note that there is no "Group Management" in the group level.
