Groups
Nexus is a groupware system which implies that many groups can co-exist in the system.
Nexus itself can also be considered as a group.
Many functionalities are provided for each group, including project management, resource
sharing, mailing lists, events and news. Each group will have a home page which gives the
description about the group, as shown below.

All links in Nexus are displayed in "silver" color and all icons are clickable. The detailed
layout of each page in the Nexus system is described as follows:
- Each group can have a group logo. If there is no group logo, then the group name will be shown
instead.
- There is always a search box at top-left corner allowing users to search the content in that group.
- This is the greeting from the group manager.
- Nexus provides a history path which shows the area in which the user currently locates.
- This is the navigation block which provides the links to each accessible function in that group.
The title bar shows the group name (or the project name if the user is in the project space) and an icon
reminding the user the current group (or project) is public or private.
- This is dynamically displayed optional block. It is shown only when there exists some optional functions
available in the current area.
- This is the content area.
- Whenever a question comes up, you could always send a message to the Webmaster.
