Group Management
If a user has created a new group, then the system administrator will receive an email notice which
contains the link to the page where he/she can review the application. The page can also be accessed
via the link in the "Option" block after the system administrator has logged in.

After clicking on the number, you will be brought to the following screen:

The details about the above screen are described as follows:
- Select the group applications on which you want to perform action.
- Then click the button "Approve" or "Disapprove". If the "Approve" button is clicked, the selected
application will be created immediately. If the "Disapprove" button is clicked, the selected application
will be removed from the database. In both cases, an email notification will be sent to the applicant.
- You can also add some comments about the application(s).
- You can click on the group name to view the details about that application, as shown below.
