Add ResourceTo add resource, click the “Add Resource” link located in the options block. There will be a question for the user to choose the resource type. There are two different types of the resource, which are “File” and “Link or URL”.
After the user selects the appropriate resource type, the next page will be a form with the following input data: title, categories, resource, and description. Besides, the recent date, current user full name and email will also be listed in that form. For file resources, the file must be uploadable and its size must be equal or less than the given maximum file size. The user also needs to enter the resource title, resource categories, and resource description. At least one category must be selected. After the user finishes entering all the input data correctly, the user can submit the resource by clicking on the “Add Resource” button.
Submitted resource is sent to group manager first for approval. Group manager decides whether the submitted resource can be put on the group system. The user will get email when the submitted event has been approved or denied by group manager.
